Excellent experience with this company from the consultation and choosing our blinds, to speedy manufacturing and mounting. The installation was smooth as ever, and took only about 10 minutes for the experienced crew to complete the job. As a bonus, we were happy to find that our blinds were on sale, a very good value. And we are so happy to have the largest blind motorized! All in all we are very pleased with Budget Blinds.
Had a warranty repair that required a home visit. Tech came out and assessed the issue. He ordered the parts and came back 3 weeks later to replace and adjust the blinds. They work better than they did when we first had them installed!
Excellent customer service. Kris was very helpful in figuring out what blinds to choose. Cameron, the installer was fantastic and the installation was done efficiently and with precision. I love the features of the blinds: being open in any position, from top down or bottom up, especially my very large front window with 3 different blind options. My windows have never looked this good. Highly recommend this company.
