Budget Blinds Baytown was recommended to us from neighbors on our subdivision FB page. We were supposed to have a consultation this morning (1/7/17) at 8am with Robin. He did not show up. I called the office at 9:15 and the lady who answered the phone could not get ahold of him but confirmed we were on his calendar. She also said she would get back to me with an ETA. I heard nothing.
