Ellen Southerland came out yesterday and was so great. She was patient, while I vacillated between several choices and pointed out I had “liked” a particular swatch numerous times (different book, same color). Today, Cody and Jacob came out to change the batteries in our motorized shades (it’s been 5+ years). They were also fantastic. Not only did they change the batteries but also explained and showed us how they operate. They were super nice, friendly, efficient and professional! Very happy!
Sheri was great helped us pick a shade we wanted out of the many options and install was great. Shades turned out just the way we wanted. They were also a few thousand dollars lower than other competition in the area.
Ellen, our design expert and Jack, our installer, did an amazing job getting our Roman shades selected and installed. Ellen was a pleasure to work with and always responded quickly to any questions we had. She kept us fully informed on the process and we were pleasantly surprised with how quickly the shades arrived. Jack is a pro with impressive skills and industry expertise. It was our pleasure working with such a great team. We truly felt they had our best interest at heart and they exceeded all expectations. Well done!
