Excellent! Sales rep and installer both top notch.
Purchased a home that already had remote shades. One of the motors failed and was still under warranty. They installed a new motor and moved the shade to a different room of my preference. Everyone I spoke with from the office staff (Colleen) to the technician (Chris), and anyone I failed to mention, was SO helpful and communicative! I had a great experience with Budget Blinds!
