Budget Blinds sales person and installer, Goran, were a perfect 10 from start to finish. I highly recommend using them for your next blind needs.
The technician, Goran, was both knowledgeable and personable. He took down and disposed of the old, broken blinds in our guest room, replaced them with the existing blinds from our family room and installed new blinds in our family room. He was conversant and explained everything to our satisfaction. Goran is an asset to Budget Blinds and represents the company well. We will not hesitate to use Budget Blinds as future needs dictate.
Initial visit with your sales person was efficient and productive. She answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Delivery and installation was very quick and smooth.
We were a repeat customer and now they have lost our business. We ordered Roman shades for two rooms in our home in May. In late June they were installed and the installers were great, but the workmanship of the custom shades was shoddy. Uneven bottom border and too short on the sides. We also had trouble with a couple going up and down. This was handled well with a reorder and then an install after another month.
