We are replacing our blinds a little at a time and Emily was amazing to work with in the whole assessment of our needs process! Also, our installer was particularly kind as I mistakenly told my daughter the dining room blinds were being done along with the bedroom lol! He took away all the blinds she had taken down and when I phoned to confess my mistake they had him bring the dining room blinds back. He was also kind enough to help put them back up! Second time in 7 years installing Budget Blinds. Two different homes, same great blinds. The sales and service teams are excellent. The quality and price are very reasonable. We have cats and our previous home needed a cord replacement and Budget Blinds Service made a quick turnaround and put the blinds back within a few days.
