This company was a problem from the time we placed our order. After coming out to measure our glass doors, Chris Cook told us our blinds would be here and installed in 2 wks. After 2 wks and no feedback, we called and got an excuse as to the delay. We got our blinds 4 wks later. After installing them, we noticed the excessive material. When I brought it up, Chris blamed it on us and the measurements and then said we would have to pay extra ourselves to get them fixed. A LOT extra $$. Wait what? Courteous, prompt, professional and consistent, Budget Blinds did a wonderful job at exceeding my expectations and contributing to the overall success of my project. They handled installing new blinds in my occupied renovation of a 192 unit high rise with ease. I definitely recommend this company.

What a great experience! The owner arrived on time for the sales call. He thoroughly explained all the options available for the plantation shutters I wanted for the front window of my house. He called to arrange a time for installation once the shutters had arrived from the manufacturer and showed up on time for the installation. The installation was very professional and they look great! I will definitely call Budget Blinds of Rockledge again.
They did a wonderful job from start to finish. We put new blinds throughout the house. They guided us on what materials, colors and designs would work best and most importantly, kept us under our budget for the project. The measurements were perfect, the installation was on time, fast, clean and flawless. The qualilty of the custom Budget Blinds exceeds the custom blinds installed in our last two homes. They are much more effective at blocking light. I highly recommend Budget Blinds.
