We had a great experience with Budget Blinds and especially Ryan! She’s efficient, thoughtful, helpful, professional, and fun. Our only regret is that we’re running out of windows so we can invite her back!! Don’t search any further - if you’re working with Ryan, you’ll be delighted with the results.
Relocating and recovering from surgery -at this stage in my life - was extra stressful. Soo many variables and decisions added to the complexity. Then I walked into Budget Blinds and met Robin. Selecting, ordering and price ranging seemed to naturally unfold and fall into place. Such a relief! Her promptness and kindness to a minor discrepancy was hassle free and quickly amended. Bravo to her customer service!
We recently purchased blinds for our entire new build through Budget Blinds Pagosa. Ryan is a delight to work with. She not only has a good eye for blind selection but she willing above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy. We had several blinds come in with incorrect fascia and wrong measurements and she worked quickly to get the blinds reordered and installed! Highly recommend!!
This is my second opportunity to use Budget Blinds and Ryan knocked it out of the park once again! She was great at helping me select a different fabric when the one I chosen was no longer in stock and she worked around my crazy schedule to do the install. Highly recommend the company and Ryan in particular. She will be my go to person for any future projects!
The blinds that were installed in the new bay window are exactly what we were hoping for. Unfortunately, the path to the installation was a little rocky. We live in a time where cellphones and Wifi are ubiquitous. Between cellphone calling, wifi calling, WhatsApp, text messages and email, if you are not going to make a scheduled meeting, there are plenty of ways of passing that information along in a timely manner.
