Somewhat communicative UNTIL the sale was made. Took all money up front and did not follow through. Everything was delayed for MONTHS (it's been 14+ months now... project still not completed), impossible to get a hold of. Very poor customer experience. Friendly installer but job was never finished. I am out thousands of dollars and now need to hire someone else to clean up the mess. Really disappointing.
