I booked with Budget Backdrops and Decor back in June or July 2024 for my wedding that took place Sept 21st 2025. There were some miscommunication issues regarding decor and what we talked about I wanted however, they were very professional, polite and extremely quick to rectify the situations. This family owned business is incredible. They made our daughter's Winter wonderland 5th birthday party so beautiful with the ballon arch they made for us, everyone complimented it and talked about it. The kids thought it was "super cool" and alot of pictures were taken with it! We rented our table linens as well from them and a stunning white wooden arch, gorgeous! Gerard and his team have made an excellent addition to our repertoire of suppliers to St Lawrence College's Event and Banquet Services. The commitment to their clients is outstanding and commendable. They bend over backwards to ensure each clients event looks incredible and that it meets the budget of each customer. They are creative, attentive to detail, and professional in addition to being kind, thoughtful, and supportive. I definitely recommend this company for all your decorating needs!

Such a great experience! I placed a custom balloon arch request with Lepakshi for my twin sons’ 100 days celebration; she delivered exactly what I had been hoping for and more! I enjoyed a 10/10 experience and highly recommend her services.
