I agree with these other posts, the lady in the office is so unbelievably rude, and a liar. I called last week and they said we could pay our bill a few days late, and that there may be a late fee, which was fine with me! She just said to call and let them know if we would be a few days late. So when I called to tell them, the same lady said if we don t pay it the day it is due that they are going to shut the car off and take it back. i was impressed with their attitude and they were willing to work with me on my fixed income to find a vechicle that fit my wish list and that runs great i am happy with my decision to choose themi just got my car and will report back in a few months or so and let you know how the arrangement is working for me but as of now it was the most attentive and had the best car for the best price and i am happy with that

This is the first time that my family have done business with budget. The experience that my mother has had with this company is aweful. For one she was disabled and The service there was so unprofessional and no customer service skills. At this point i am disappointed for my mom with this company who was recommended to her by a friend. . The overall experience was just a mess but never again will any one i know deal with this company.
