Worst towing experience I’ve ever received in my life. This gentleman is a slim ass person I’ve ever seen after having my truck in the impound lot for no apparent reason he decided to charge me $330 for five hours I called him and asked where a local tow was. It was $120 but what I got there it was $330. Be very careful when you go through this gentleman he will raise the rates after he tow your vehicle
Cars weren't properly fixed, either gave out within 5 to 6 hours or sway bar goes out. Wrong bolting. I help buy some cars there and things went out quick or within days.
I used Budget Auto Towing today and saw above and beyond professionalism and service from both Brian and his tow driver. You guys have both my gratitude and apologies for having to deal with one of my tenants.
Called for a tow, at 8:30 just off of 94. Curtis showed up quicker than any other company. Was so knowledgeable and careful getting our 23" camper on & off the flatbed tow truck. He made sure we were safe and looked after. Even gave us directions to services for the next day. All the guys, owner included, were so helpful. Thank you Budget. Job well done!!!
