Hung up on me and would not ever give me a chance to ask a question. More interested in money that customers.
Dealers seem to assume when you purchase a luxury car, you are also willing to pay inflated rates for basic service. My Cadillac dealer wanted $159 for synthetic oil change service! I was appalled at that rate! I received the same service, from inspection to the brand of oil used by my dealer, from Virginia Auto less than $30 bucks. The guys are helpful and friendly. I will continue to take my vehicles to Virginia Auto Service and will continue to recommend them to others!
