This place sells cars in terrible condition. My husband bought a car here to surprise me, but he ended up being the one surprised. On the very first day, the starter motor failed and left him stranded on his way to work. He had to call a tow truck, and when we took the car to a mechanic, we were told it also had oil leaks. We had to replace the starter motor and fix the leaks. This car was unsafe for our children. Bying a car here is probably my worse car decision I've ever made. Buy at your own perril. They just buy junk cars at auction and resell them to you. My suggestion: get the car inspected immediately after buying. And remember to return within 7 days for refund per Mass Lemon Law.
Sold me a car with parts missing and failed inspection. The vehicle is under lemon law, and this dealer is trying to run me around. Won't give me my money back. Also making me wait for any repair. Will be calling The State Attorney General, as well as police.
I’m only giving 2 starts because they did help with my last issue. BUT I bought my car less than 30 days ago. They insisted it was a great car and I’d get a long time with it. First day I left, tire exploded. Was told it was weathered when I had to go buy a new tire. Then the solenoid was messed up so it wouldn’t start.
