They had a truck sitting on their lot for almost a year or longer. When I called and asked about it whoever I spoke to acted clueless stating they believe they just got it last week (a total lie) that they folded on as soon as I asked are you sure? I know nothing else about this dealership but if you’re willing to lie about that I think that has to bring into question everything else about your integrity.
Nathan provided excellent customer service throughout my entire process of purchasing my 2009 Honda Accord. Despite having some issues behind the scenes that was out of both of our control, he remained kind and supportive. Nathan is super honest, and I can confidently say that was the easiest and most painless process of car shopping I have ever had (and we all know how much purchasing a car sucks). I would 100% recommend Nathan and Budget Auto to anyone!
Got an 03 Camry from here yesterday and I was blown away by how honest and friendly Nathan was! He answered every question I had and made sure I knew exactly what I was doing. Would highly recommend this place for anyone willing to make the trip!
