RecommendedThis great place is great. Purchased a washer several months ago. Started having a minor issue with it. Although it was out of warranty. They agreed to take a look at it. Ended up being a 5 minute simple fix. They got it going for us at no charge. Can’t wait till they have the matching dryer in stock Highly recommend
Melody was absolutely awesome. I called to see if they sold appliance parts or if they had any used dryers. I explained that I thought the thermal sensor had went out but I wasn't sure. Melody offered to test the thermal sensor. The sensor was bad and they had a replacement in stock! Thank you Melody and Budget Appliance!!
Needed a replacement refrigerator for our cabin in Pigeon Forge. Budget Appliances had several in the (small) size we needed, and the prices were good. Very friendly. Gave us the name and number of a person who delivered to our cabin very inexpensively. Everything worked out perfectly, and now I have a great working fridge at our cabin. Good deal!
