Mr. Billy and his crew have run a great service for over 40 years and have definitely withstood the tests of time,weather and the neighborhood.Its not easy running a business in that part of town but there's a great resilience of this business..If you need reliable affordable appliances this is the place to go.💛🙏💛🙏💛🙏

Very nice and helpful. Went out of their way to find me a washer and dryer in my budget.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I just bought a dryer less than an hour ago. Got it to my house and it doesn't work. Bring it back to swap it out and and rudely handled by miss Kim. One of the rudest individuals I have ever met. They accused me of breaking the dryer, refused to swap it out, fixed the broken switch. But told me they couldn't give me my money back because I might have just been trying to return it to purchase crack. ARE YOU SERIOUS THAT THIS IS HOW YOU RUN YOUR BUSINESS?
In the last week of February, on or around the 24th,2016, on a Wednesday, I purchased a refrigerator from Budget Appliance, located at 3605 N Foster Dr. in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. By Friday of the same week, two days later, the refrigerator section of the appliance stopped working and cooled down to room temperature.
