Called with a fridge problem that needed immediate attention and John was very accommodating while assuring me that he would call me back and be here that day. He did phone me to say he was on the way. When he arrived he had the new part required, installed it and got the fridge operating again. He was very friendly and courteous and explained things as he worked. During his work and conversation, I became very comfortable with John"s knowledge, workmanship and persona. I agree with the previous reviewer... I called and got the same response... seems like he doesn t want any business... totally rude on the phone... don t bother calling this one... move on to the next!
dont even waste your time calling the a** holes, i called and explained to them what was wrong and the guy was talking very hostile over the phone i even explained to him that i was on a budget and he still refused to even help me or give me a price over the phone so i can save money to hire them , what a moran
