While the work done was quality, the company quoted me one price, then post service, billed me for more. When I asked why the quote is different I was told I must have misunderstood. I advised I clarified on 2 calls and did not misunderstand. In the end the answer is “sory”

We had an overwhelming odor problem with our fridge. Bob gave excellent guidance over the phone to help me troubleshoot on my own. I spent HOURS disassembling and cleaning, and was so relieved to be done with the whole thing that I completely forgot to cancel the backup appointment I'd made with Bob. Bob Voelker did a good job for a good price repairing our squeaking dryer. Arrived on time, did the work efficiently, tested the dryer and cleaned up. Nice person. Fully recommended.
