This is actually the 2nd time calling. First time, he helped me through the phone and did not charge and because of that I called a year later when I had another issue. This time he came to my house and checked the problem and gave me options to choose from(which I thought was great). By the way, it was about the same offer as the other bids I got, but because of that first phone call I made, I decided to contract with him and he did a fantastic job! Thank you Al!
Called these guys out to repair my AC which was not working. Two Mexican guys showed up, and I showed them where the unit was. They started talking in Spanish (very unprofessional, I don't speak Spanish so it's very rude) then did their 'diagnostic'. After ten minutes, they told me it was the piece on top, and said it's a $1200 part. The whole unit is only $1500!
