Great Company, Professional, They get the job done.
Called Sunday they were here the following day. Very fair pricing. Andy was the tech he was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Would definitely utilize their services again.
Today Steve got me back up and running in minutes. He was courteous and professional. We have used these ‘Budge It’ many times and they have never let us down. The scheduling and communication is top notch. The billing is always fair. When we have used them in the past in apartments that we own the techs have always communicated well with our tenants also. We can’t recommend them enough!
Our sewer backed up -- on a Saturday of course. We called a few places and Budge It was the first to get back to us. We used them years ago for the same problem. Within a couple of hours, a great plumber named Fernando came out to our place. He was professional, explained everything, and most importantly cleared the thing out. Fernando came out to our house on a Sunday when our basement toilet overflowed. He was professional, thorough, and extremely helpful in assisting the septic company in locating the issue. He arrived within an hour of our call. Would highly recommend Budge It Drains.
