The friendliness of Tanya and Dwi stands out as soon as you walk in the door. They make you feel welcome, and it is clear they genuinely care about your wellbeing. Dr Louis came into the waiting room to greet me shortly after I arrived. He was warm and friendly, and we chatted for a few minutes before my appointment.
