This was my first time using this pharmacy. I spent approx 15min waiting at the front desk before being acknowledged while visibly noticing groups of pharmacists in the back enjoying coffee and having personal conversations. Multiple people passed by the front desk without so much as an acknowledgment, employees actively avoiding eye contact as a line of people waiting for their prescriptions formed behind me.
