Excellent job trimming 6 large trees and totally cleaned up all debris. Luis is top notch and I highly recommend This is my second review, this time for storm damage tree removal. Called me back right away and came the next day Did a great job of removing a large tree that went down on my garage & house. Got it all cleaned up, ground the stump and left me some cut logs, all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend
I called Luis for an estimate for tree work to be done. He showed up 45 minutes late for the appt (he set the time himself). Said he'd email me the details of the estimate. I had to follow up with him the next day to get the email sent. We set a day for him to come out and do the service. He gave me an arrival time frame. I gave them 20 minutes and then called twice and even sent a text asking for an update when he didnt arrive. He didn't call back until 3 hrs after the scheduled time. I had Buddys Tree Service come out and cut down a pine tree, Luis he was on time and did great work and had the Best Pricing and Best Crew. I highly recommend Buddys for tree service.
I used their service in Schaumburg area couple of days ago for tree removal in my backyard that was shaking with high speed winds and vulnerable to break power lines and potential to fall on neighbor's property. I must say that they are great guys. They offered fair price. I definitely recommend them. Thanks! ~ Syed
Rude. Sent Luis photos of the plants that I wanted planted and I got no response. Not even an 'OK.' That's no way to treat a customer. I won't be calling you for anymore work.
