I stay in Macon but the experience with that store was horrible. Sabrina was entirely too personable, condescending and unprofessional. I tried being understanding and patient with her for several hours just for her to get absolutely nothing done on my end. She kept saying she would call me back.. never did. She sent me several voicemails about how she’s going home to take care of her dog, spoke with me more about astrology than furniture and sent me items that I was NOT interested in. I had a great experience as a first time customer! Chris was very thorough and knowledgeable, even though he just started. The manager (I didn’t get his name) was very kind and helpful as well. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in and the entire process was smooth. Highly recommend if you’re looking for new furniture or electronics!
