They sold us a what Mrg called low grade laptop can’t see the key board it’s too dark hp took it in they kept it for 2 week Mrg said that keyboard doesn’t lite up get an light that lites set on laptop as ask for new one said no money back said no there is absolutely no customer service don’t purchase any other product all products are cheap and not refundable Mrg is a you fill in the blank DON’t BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ROUNDROCK ON 79 they steal and will cheat you

This buddy's is amazing. I talk to a Bradley Hopkins alot through texts when it's time to make my weekly payment and he is awesome. they have amazing customer service and I would recommend them to anyone. If you are in the market for a good rent to own company for some furniture, I would highly recommend this store. Though I wasn't the easiest of customers, I appreciate Brad working with me every step of the way. Thank you Brad for your customer service and assistance with everything!
