They are quick to call and text to get their money but suck when it comes to get you your stuff. They keep giving me the run around about a loaner and my washer when it needs to be serviced.
We don't appreciate how it's only 8:30 and you guys are already calling us and it says online that you guys don't open until 10:00. Isn't that a little pushy and unprofessional?
