Ordering over the phone was smooth and easy, delivering was as promised. Most annoyed that the entire transaction was electronic but I had to physically go into the store (1 hour 20 minutes round-trip) to provide a signature in person. Payment had already cleared, rental had been delivered.
Our AC went out and my husband called Buddys in Melbourne and we got an AC same day. Their new GM Derrick is AMAZING! He went over and beyond to help us. We will definitely be going back.
When you need a refrigerator Buddy's is place to call. Extremely efficient and helpful had a fridge in a few hours. Thanks Buddy's
