Stephen is rude and disrespectful to customers if you fall behind on your payment be expected to be called out your name. I have multiple voice recordings of me being called the B word being told not to speak practically to shut up It seems if you make a payment they’re threatening you and everything. Just go to aarons me and the wife called them to get me a laptop they asked me what I was looking for we told them they asked me what I had down I told them $25/30 bucks they said yeah we can work with that so we go down there spent an hour filling out everything for them to say they wanted $130 down nope I went to aarons not only did I get a better computer and a cheaper price I walked out of there without a down payment and I don't have a payment until the first
