I've always had great experiences at this store. Amazing friendly staff, clean store, and excellent product availability. I highly recommend them.
Steven is incredibly rude. Additionally, he flat out lied to me. Don't believe him when he tells you that you HAVE to purchase the insurance. He thought it was okay to treat me like I'm beneath him. If this is the way he is willing to treat before the sale, can't imagine how he will treat someone after the sale.
