Very helpful and courteous managed to do everything on the phone and delivery tomorrow
This place has the worst customer service especialty the LAKELAND STORE MANAGER STEVEN. Zero professionalism if I could give 0 stars I would. But the only one I put a side from the crew is Luz she was really nice and cared about how Steven spoke to my family and I and tried her best. But I know that there is only so much she can say or do so.
The customer service was horrible and I should have not even did business with these ppl at all I got the furniture sometime after the first of June and it's July 13th 19th and 13th right now I've been going through a lot in my life was threatened had to leave my home on PC I was homeless for 6 months before I even got this place I had to get this furniture and let's not forget the customer service was nasty from the jump on my paperwork it says that I have a four-piece but I don't only 3 piece.
