Came in the store Saturday, I was having a convosation with Eric, Savanna came mad because I was talking to him, Savanna starts to tell me about the text messages between her and Eric. She proceeds to show me how he says he love her in a text as well as try to show the other workers, but the manger refuse to at the messages. I think Savanna is very rude and unprofessional, something needs to be done with her.

Went to the store about a week or two go on a Thursday, service rep Savannah, I that is her name and service rep, Eric, I think that is his name were playing in the using very strong language such as cussing, there were also playing around in the office, while I waited to helped. That is very unacceptable customer service and very rude behavior especially with customers in the store. I do think that something needs to be needs to be done for better behavior. They was really nice and friendly and take care of us.We had no problem and they had what we needed. Everything is good really nice place to go and I will be back if I need anything else.
