Called buddy's this morning to see why their billing me if they have my card on file. The lady that answered the phone very ghetto with attitude untrained no customer service says their charging me a $5 late fee! Why??? Ya have my cc on file! After she was done talking I ASKES when can u pickup the appliances she said, Well not right now! I replied i asked when....??? She answered u don't have to get all mouthy with me....!!!! This is crazy how Buddy's has people like this answering the phone and even dealing with customers.... read more
