Truly one of a kind
Unprofessional I've had such a bad experience and it doesn't even matter to them. From waiting days to receive my merchandise to being put on hold multiple times having to call multiple times and was kind about it but they don't care about me as a customer. What happened to good customer service?? Especially a customer whom should be upset but is kind to you. I've been taken advantage of. They're rude ghetto and careless people.
