They was great at point of time. I got sick with Covid back in 2021 and was out of work. My job no longer paid for people to be out with covid. So when I explain to them that I would have to play catch up because I would not get a pay check due to me being sick, they act like they didn't care. It was money money with them. I hate that I had to go with a 1 star due to the fact that the delivery crew and store manager where so amazing.. However Steve the regional Manger is very rude.. the things I ordered for my kids room (beds/dressers) for Christmas he gave to Moncks Conner another Buddies location. I was waiting on my lease for a new home. He tryed to fix it by giving me a chair that another customer cut the back out of to keep me as a customer while over the phone with no apology!
