I bought a washer and dryer set from them 2 years ago. My basement flooded A month ago I called to see if somebody would be able to come out and check my washer and dryer out because they got wet from the flood.I attempted for 3 weeks. I Called them on monday wednesday and friday . After the first time, they said they'd send somebody out and each time I called three times a week I got yeah, we'll send somebody right when They get back to the store, they're out on a delivery I'm so yeah, I'm not too happy with them right now.... read more
