Took credit card info and set up time to deliver appliance. No show. Charged my credit card then called me after delivery time and said my references didn't check out. When I asked for explanation hung up. I called store back and general manager told me I would have to come into store to pick up cash if I wanted money back. Unbelievable!!!! Would NOT recommend!

Extremely rude. Highly unprofessional. Long story short the REGIONAL manager billed my card for an item I did not have nor gave him permission to do so and then would not refund my money. And then was super rude about it. This is the WORST place Ive ever had dealings with.

My mother rented a couch and love seat from Buddy's. She decided to return them after having them a few months bc she liked something else from Aaron's better. When she called Buddy's to have them pick it up they were rude. Then when the idiot they have for a delivery man came to get them he refused to pick them up saying that he seen a bed bug on it. They sell u a dream. Even treat u like family. Brad gives u his personal number just in case u have issues. During the winter storm I called to ask can I pay in two weeks I was gonna pay for last week to and late charges. He didnt answer his "personal" number but when I did talk to him he treated the situation like I was step child. Then put me off to some other store manger who claimed he would have gave me 1 week. So no I do not support them at all. Go to Aarons or Rent a center.
