My in-store experience at Buddy's was very quick and pleasant. Looking forward to my much needed washer and dryer. Delivery person was very professional. It went downhill after that. I guess they don't clean the appliances between rentals. The washer was actually filthy, full of hair on the inside and dirt on the top. UGH They neglected to inform me that I needed to purchase a dryer hose. I would have purchased this before delivery.
