Assistant receptionist was professional and friendly. The Manager was customer service satisfaction experience commucative and very helpful. I recommend anyone to this location on Milatary
My Mom was going to get a set and a TV from there and the Manager Jojo tried to charge her more than they discussed and then they charged her $300 and never gave it back to her. We have called the store countless of times and corporate office with no callbacks and no money back . Worst store and customer service ever . They are trying to take advance of an elderly woman and they try to blame everything on the regional manager.
