I was told I was approved after submitting my documents and asked to make the down payment which I did over the phone and was told delivery would be for the next day …only for them to tell me after inquiring about a bigger sectional that I don’t qualify at all when I have consistent income . Why take my money if you don’t know I’m fully approved !!!I asked was their anything I needed to sign the lady told me I would sign everything at time of delivery which made no sense .
