Puyallup Store. These people are trained to harass you from the day you account is due. I will get 3 calls on the day my account is due when they have taken the choice to change my due date to two days earlier without notice, then charge you a late fee. I was due o. The 18th and they changed it to the 15th. No letter of the changes and the one time they should of called they did not instead harassed me on thier due date not mine. So I went in to get a new washer and dryer. Filled out all the paperwork and went with the same as cash option. After making the more then monthly payments I would get calls asking when I was going to make my payment. Now it's come down to my last pay off payment and some how it was $120 more. I couldn't get a straight answer of why I would owe more. So their same as cash option is not true. I will not go back to them. Poor customer communication.
