My experience with this furniture company was horrible. I received a couch yesterday that was contaminated with urine and smelled like it had come from an animal. My dad had to spend $300 on a professional deep cleaning to remove the odor and sanitize the couch. To make matters worse, there was also a tear in the middle of one of the cushions, which my mom had to sew herself. This level of quality and cleanliness is completely unacceptable.
