I enjoyed the sales process. It was easy and straightforward. I didn’t feel like I was being misinformed or taken advantage of. The install was an absolute nightmare. We had carpet and LVP installed, LVP in the finished main area of a basement and carpet on the stairs. The installers did not complete the leveling step and we had a lot of movement in the LVP. Buddy’s installed laminate in my kitchen, wonderful job, installer showed up when they said, completed the job in one day, cleaned up after job was completed, salesman at the Amelia location was very knowledgeable about the products. Would recommend to all

I purchased a home in Independence KY, thinking after the carpet was cleaned it would be in good shape, I was wrong the carpet needed replaced, I was in a difficult, stressful situation. I had furniture coming the next day. I called Buddy’s explaining I needed carpet through my whole house ASAP and within an hour Eric came by with samples and was on the phone for over an hour trying to find one of their installers who could squeeze me in due to the urgency on my needs.
