Unfortunately our salesman Andrew order too much product after he measured our kitchen. 2 1/2 boxes too much. When I inquired about returning the unused boxes, I was informed they were a special order and not refundable. So our salesman made a mistake and ordered too much and we got penalized for it. This is our 3rd kitchen floor install using Buddy’s and the first time we ever had a problem. We miss Kim, who did our first two houses.
Flooring looks great. Richard did a great job in helping us select the flooring. Jonathan and his crew did an excellent job installing the flooring. Smooth process
