Mia at Buddy's is great and is always trying to help out to ensure everything is done well and the best material is selected.
Came in hoping that I could recieve my order in a timely manner. Do not reccomend if you are doing renovations on a timeline. Kim was not at all helpful and gave conflicting information regarding both expected delivery date and Eric confirmed the whole order was there and upon pickup it was missing 2 boxes. Kim called within 20 minutes of this review to confront me about it, insisting she did not give incorrect information. Still no further resolution was offered. Mia has helped us choose flooring several times now and has been so helpful and easy to work with. This past month we had laminate installed on our first floor and carpet replaced in the rest of the house. Both sets of installers were efficient and did a great job! All the new flooring looks amazing!
Mia at buddys has been absolutely fantastic! She is attentive, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure we are completely satisfied with every step of the process! We have had 2 other flooring company’s come out and they were mediocre. Just there to “do a job” didn’t have answers for several of our questions. Made it such a miserable experience.
