I have called and called amd get the same old story we have tonget a holdnof the manufacturer for your floors. And never a response. Pieces of the floor are breaking apart and they now we have a warranty and clearly dont want to come fix it

From the time we called with inquiries, to the final finishing touch, Buddy and his team provided excellent service. Natasha answered all my initial questions over the phone so cheerfully. Buddy came to our house with flooring samples, measured and answered all our questions. He was super personable and provided lots of valuable information before our contract was even signed. They went above and beyond throughout the decision making process and installation. I would highly recommend them for service and price!
