From the time we called with inquiries, to the final finishing touch, Buddy and his team provided excellent service. Natasha answered all my initial questions over the phone so cheerfully. Buddy came to our house with flooring samples, measured and answered all our questions. He was super personable and provided lots of valuable information before our contract was even signed. They went above and beyond throughout the decision making process and installation. I would highly recommend them for service and price!
From start to finish, Buddy’s Flooring was fantastic to work with! We had a short timeline, and they made it happen. We called the office to set up an appointment, and they came out promptly to measure the area and provide a quote. They even brought samples so we could see how everything looked with our wall color and trim. Being able to view the carpet in our own home before making a decision was a huge plus.
