Early in the hardwood installation process Peg and I were nervous since we never had flooring of this type. Buddy and Natasha went over step by step what to expect. Boy are we glad we took action! From day one Buddy and crew worked meticulously to make our expectations a reality. Time and cost factors were in line with the proposal given at the onset. The end result was a stunning, natural rustic red oak laid out better than we could have imagined. It is easy to give a five star rating, very deserving and pleased to the max!
The selection for carpet and LVP was perfect. Pat and Buddy did a great job with the installation, everything looks great. Only hiccup was the job wasn’t finished on the day I was previously told but, the outcome is great.
Spent over $ 6,000.00 for lvt flooring that is coming apart everywhere in multiple rooms. Cracked in one area of living room. $6,000.00 is a good amount of money for a really crappy job. Also, all door jams were all cut too short. Also dents in the lvt floor from pounding the floor in the middle of our living room. Also, our nice real wood door strip in really dark wood that matched our real wood floor was nailed back on the top after they removed it and replaced it.
