Great atmosphere, okay food. Nice view of the boats
We came for the seafood buffet but it was pretty disappointing. There was not a lot of seafood and certainly not the selection we had read about online. When the food was fresh, it was pretty good, but it was often left out too long. Some of my party ordered direct from the menu and that was better. The ribs were fantastic. The fish sandwich was great (plus it was cheaper then the fish and chips...and was basically fish and chips with a bun).
The seafood (grilled shrimp, lobster tail and crab cake) was so so, good but not great. The salads that we ordered seemed very limp or wilted and had an odd taste, almost like the salad dressing was watered down. The amount of time between visits from our server was what really made this experience so poor. The restaurant wasn't even busy and it took 15 min, at the end of our visit for the server to return with my credit card.
