We've been using Buddy's for years now, and I love their work. The people are great to work with - accommodating, professional, knowledgeable. No up-selling, just good solid advice and tips about carpet care. Not only do we use them for regular cleanings, but for "oops" things also (water in the downstairs bedroom, for example). We'd used others in the past, but never again.
