We've been using Buddy's for years now, and I love their work. The people are great to work with - accommodating, professional, knowledgeable. No up-selling, just good solid advice and tips about carpet care. Not only do we use them for regular cleanings, but for "oops" things also (water in the downstairs bedroom, for example).
