Buddy’s is the best! Buddy, Cathy and Corey are so good to work with. Most recently I had an issue with a candle wax spill between cleanings. I consulted their guide and still didn’t feel comfortable trying to spot clean it myself. Cathy had me speak with Buddy when I called them and he walked me through exactly what to do. I attempted to get the wax out just like he said to do and it completely came out! Thank you so much and we’ll definitely have them clean our carpets again when needed.
Tremendous experience with Buddy’s Carpet Care. I received electronic confirmation of my appointment, and then a reminder the day before. They ended up getting to us sooner to try and fit us in before the snow storm. Upon arrival the technicians were in a company van and well presented in company uniforms.
