RecommendedI can’t say enough about Buddy’s response to my broken dryer. Highly Recommend!! Called them at almost 9:00 on a Monday and tech was out about 11:15 and fixed!!! Will be calling them first for my future needs and didn’t cost an arm and leg. Happy, happy!!
I've purchased a washer n dryer in 2015 and still working perfectly! Everyone is so helpful and nice. Purchased a LG fridge 2 years ago which won't fit in our new house so I'll be in on Monday to hopefully find a 33inch fridge! I'm hoping they have a fridge with the freezer on the bottom!
We had a horrible experience with the customer service we received from them. They said they would call on their way to repair our washer and didn’t call. Just showed up and left a note saying they were sorry they missed us. We called and spoke to a woman and she was very rude and just “rescheduled” my repair for 2 days later. We are disappointed in the way that Buddy’s handled our experience.
We called Buddy's on Friday and told them we had an LG stove that quit working. We were told someone would contact us Friday or Monday. Not receiving a call Monday and calling them with no response, my husband stopped by the shop and spoke with someone in person. They finally called and came out. It was a younger man and older gentleman. The young man pulled stove away from wall and the the older gentleman told the younger man to put the stove back that they don't work on LG's and walked out! Great home town people! Repaired my fridge timely and reasonable price. Just wish they still did house calls.
I went to Lowe's, Home Depot; even tried Sears, Pates, and Gibson's, all looking for a dryer drive belt for my whirlpool dryer. No such luck. Thankfully, someone at Gibsons, directed me to Buddy's . The old man at the counter was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and was able to get me just what I needed. This place rocks! If I ever have any othe needs like this, Buddy's, will be my first stop.
Not real happy. Bought a washer in February 2008, called today to get service on this washer. Could not find my phone number, or name. "Could there be another number or another name". How many names do they think I have. I will find some one else to repair, no problem. But they advertise discount on all repairs but I guess not for this customer.
Got washer and dryer and fridge. Very good service,same day service.
