Jan 10 our car was taken here to have a rear quarter panel replaced. The parts were on back order so they took a few weeks to arrive. The parts have now been there for a month and our car is STILL in their parking lot waiting to get fixed. To say we are furious does not begin to describe how we feel. Every time we call we are told "2 more weeks at least" its now March 20 and still no car. Hopefully this review doesn't cause them to procrastinate any longer or do less than desirable work.
Excellent work at an affordable price, the paint job matches perfectly. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable and was great about communicating any necessary changes from the original estimate once the work was started.
I was very pleased with the excellent service and quality auto body work. I recommend them!
