The guys at this place are really concerned and will not stop until they come up with a solution for your issue. They are honest and straightforward, as well as, very knowledgeable in terms of their craft. They tell it like is and that's one of the main things that I look for when selecting an automotive service center.
I've been using Ferrell Transmissions for over 5 years and they have never let me down. I bought a 2003 used car for business and it had transmission problems that Ferrell Transmissions solved by rebuilding the transmission. Since that time it has developed other problems (not related to the rebuild) and they have gone out of their way to resolve those issues. Today, 5 years later, it is still running well and is expected to do so for the forseeable future. Thanks guys!!!
Did a rebuild on my Dodge Durango, even let me upgrade some parts of my own, and still provided a decent warranty. Great people, down to earth, and very knowledgeable. Truck runs great after about 5,000 miles, we will see what the future holds. I recommend.
