I come here mainly to support the business in the neighborhood, but today I went because I needed a quick wash and was passing through. This one guy that works there completely disregards my car. And wouldn't let anyone else dry my car or give it wheel treatment. He isn't the manager just a regular "employee" drying cars for a living. I took pictures of him cause I don't have his name and I wish I could post them on this review... I'm highly upset and will be taking this to the corporate level. Just ride through on 95 Halsted...you'll here your roof by buckling through the high pressure air drier...and when you pull completely out you'll see the dents in and on the roof of your car. Wtf

I love washing my car At buddy bear quick n in my budget
The service is so poor. I signed up for the monthly wash club and they claimed I had already used my wash. I clearly had not washed my car. When asking what could be done the seeing that that was not the case the worker accused me of already using the wash. Worst service imaginable. Canceling the club and letting all my friends and family know to take their money elsewhere.
