The staff was informative and very knowledgeable. A steps, from initial contact to driving off the lot, were very pleasant and well presented. I ran into transmission issues with my 2024 Outback. The valve body was changed at the Brampton dealership at the start. The vehicle jumps/jerks at times. Budd's Subaru diagnosed it as a transmission issue and they are in contact with Subaru Canada. This was around a week back and am grateful that the diagnosis was done and they are proceeding to change the transmission. I haven't heard back yet though on the time line. I will update as I get more information to see how this proceeds.
