Great experience buying my new Crosstrek Hybrid at Budd's in Oakville! David Sanderson (sales) and Syed Bakht (business manager) were friendly, patient, and great to work with. They took the time to answer my many questions, paid attention to the details, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend.

First time visiting a Subaru dealer and it got to be the worst dealership experience. Within one minute we were told they dont have the model we were looking for (fine) and no sales to help us(?). No other option was provided - e.g. make another appointment or a followup. We were immediately turned off by their lack of service and would not recommend this location.

In my August scheduled service for my 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness, I ordered tire rotation service and paid $60 for it. Later when back to my home, I found the rotation service was not performed. I reported Budds Subaru by email, with my strong and solid proof, showing them the service was not done. And I asked to provide tire rotation service confirmation. I made three phone calls, received no confirmation from them. In the beginning of October, I visited them personally. I eventually was refunded.
