Made an appointment to have some repairs done. They never showed up and denied I ever spoke to them despite having the record on my phone. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.

Budds Plumbing!! I am almost glad everything backed up today as enjoyed one of the best customer service experiences I've ever encountered today. Long story short-- my drains had backed up and I really hoped I didn't have to wait until Monday. I call and a gentleman answers saying they had just gotten home but would come out. He knew the problem right away hearing a few details from me.
