I’ve been a client at Budds’ for many years. I own a 2011 Regal T. Budds’ has helped me keep my car running strong for many years. Juan the service manager is fantastic, he has the knowledge of a technician and the client service ability to make sure all cares and needs are met efficiently and easily. My third visit to this dealership & once again treated professionally with respect. Have tried many dealerships in Canada & Europe in the past but Budds Cadillac Oakville shine with their family friendly & no pressure business attitude. Have 4th visit booked with my second car for the coming weekend & hoping for the same 5star service. Thank U to staff serving customers last Saturday :)
