Very disappointing customer service experience. The receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was left waiting for more than 20 minutes for a salesperson, without a single update or even the basic courtesy of letting me know whether someone would be available to assist me. Very bad customer service. The girl at front desk is very rude. She kept me waiting for a salesperson for more than 20 minutes without even updating if someone is going to take care of me.
Friendly, fast, and professional service, free parking for multiple cars, and good pricing. I recommend it.
If you're going to Bud's Cadillac Oakville, ask for Farid. He's one of the most honest sales professionals out there, very straightforward and doesn't push unnecessary upsells.
