Multiple times I have had the pleasure of working with Roberta & Stephanie. I no longer live locally but return as they are the best. Honest and nurturing my cars have come back in pristine condition. So refreshing to work with these ladies.
What a fantastic experience I had. I needed Budd’s to work with me on the pricing to fix the car and they came through. Their work was top notch and totally professional. Their customer service was wonderful. I was kept informed of everything that was happening.
We have dealt with Budd's several times over the years and they have been extremely professional and courteous. The quality of their work has always been the best. Highly recommend!

Worst customer service ever!! Owner actually asked to speak to my husband regarding my car which took 6 weeks to repair!! And then she actually apologized to my husband for his trouble !! I am still in shock that a woman would treat another woman with such disrespect!! There was no communication as to the progress unless I called !! I would never recommend this auto repair to anyone!! I will give credit to the technicians as the car looks good and works well. But it’s not worth dealing with the rude reprehensible owner!!

After a hit-and-run which destroyed my bumper, I came to Budd's Auto. Every aspect of the service was wonderful. Stephanie and Joe were so helpful and went above and beyond to explain every aspect of the charges and process. They even helped me to coordinate a rental car with Enterprise, which was also an excellent experience. When I picked up my car exactly when they predicted it'd be done, my car looked as good as new!
